Sunny Days Kindy

AI assistant, online

Hi there!

What can we help you with today?

Answers in seconds, day or night

The problem

Most centres lose enrolments
before they even know it.

Parents make childcare decisions in days, not weeks. The centre that replies first - and keeps showing up - wins the spot.

✗Enquiries get missed in busy inboxes

✗Follow-ups fall through the cracks

✗Tour reminders are sent manually (or not at all)

✗Leads go cold while staff run the centre

✗Spreadsheets disconnect from real conversations

How it works

From first click to enrolled, on autopilot.

Four steps. Zero spreadsheets. One tidy pipeline that runs while you read stories at circle time.

STEP / 01

Lead capture

Parent enquires

A parent visits your website and uses your KindyHero widget - chat, form, or tour booker. Their info syncs into your CRM instantly.

STEP / 02

AI conversation

AI replies in seconds

It answers common questions in your centre's voice, qualifies the lead, and offers a tour time - 24/7.

Answers in seconds, not next morning

STEP / 03

Smart reminders

Tour booked and reminded

Confirmation, day-of reminder, and a missed-tour follow-up - all automated, so a forgotten tour stops being a lost family.

SMS 24h beforeEmail day ofRe-book if missed

STEP / 04

Long-game nurture

Nurtured to enrolment

If they are not ready yet, friendly drips keep your centre top of mind - through waitlists, openings, and milestones.

Gentle, spaced-out, never spammy

Everything in one place

One platform. Every parent touchpoint.

Stop stitching together a website form, a calendar, a CRM, an SMS tool, and a spreadsheet. KindyHero ships it all, wired up for childcare from day one.

Branded enquiry widget

Drop one snippet on your site. Parents chat, ask questions, and book tours without leaving the page.
